Danielle Harris, BSc, AACC, ADHD UK Ambassador, is a specialist ADHD, Life and Business Coach for adults. Diagnosed at 49, she spent decades not understanding why her brain worked the way it did and built a framework that changed everything.
Danielle has been featured in The Telegraph for her expertise in ADHD and neurodiversity. As an ADHD UK Ambassador, she is passionate about increasing awareness and helping adults, students, entrepreneurs and parents better understand how ADHD affects everyday life.
For much of her adult life, Danielle successfully balanced raising a family, leading a team of more than 50 people and running a multi million pound business, all whilst living with undiagnosed ADHD.
To make life and business work, Danielle developed her own systems, processes and organisational tools. These enabled her to manage competing priorities, demanding workloads and family life, whilst creating a successful business. Looking back, she now understands that many of these systems were strategies she instinctively developed to work with her ADHD brain.
For years, Danielle wondered why certain things seemed harder for her than they appeared to be for others. She often felt she had to work harder to stay organised, manage her time and keep everything running smoothly. At the same time, she recognised strengths that she now knows are often associated with ADHD, including creativity, intuition, problem solving and the ability to spot challenges early and find effective solutions.
Receiving an ADHD diagnosis at the age of 49 brought clarity to many experiences that had shaped her life and career.
Driven by a passion to help others navigate similar challenges, Danielle went on to train with ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy), one of the world's most recognised ADHD coach training organisations, based in New York. This specialist training provided an in depth understanding of ADHD and evidence based coaching approaches that help individuals better understand themselves and develop strategies that work with their brain, rather than against it.
Danielle's coaching combines professional ADHD coach training with real world experience. Having spent decades developing practical systems, tools and approaches that supported her own success in business and life, she now helps others do the same.
Her goal is to help clients create greater calm, clarity and confidence, reduce overwhelm and build sustainable systems that support their unique strengths. Danielle believes that with the right support, understanding and strategies, people with ADHD can thrive both personally and professionally.
