Please note This quiz is not a medical diagnosis and is not intended to replace a clinical assessment. Your results reflect the extent to which ADHD coaching may benefit you, based on the traits and patterns you've described. Some people find their answers show very strong ADHD-related traits and are likely to benefit significantly from coaching. Others show few traits and may find coaching less relevant at this time. Many people fall somewhere in between, and that's completely normal. Whatever your result, a free discovery call is always the best place to start.
